FLEMING ISLAND, FL. - Levi Kettelhut finished tied for second after the final round of the Lincoln Memorial Invite at Fleming Island Golf Club.
After shooting +5 in his first round, Kettelhut shot a team-best -5 in his second round, finishing -1 in the third round and for the tournament. He finished just two shots under the winner Juan Iturra from Flagler.
Nick Stafford finished tied for 17th after shooting a 75 (+4) in his first round and 70 (-1) in his second and third rounds.
John Molyneaux ended the tournament tied for 53rd with a +12 after the three rounds. Chris Kopack's +17 landed him tied for 71st and Sean Miller shot +19, good enough for T-76 out of the 92-man field.
As a team, the Crusaders shot an 877 to finish in 11th place, 21 stokes behind Lincoln Memorial and Young Harris, who tied for the best scores of the event with 856. The Crusader managed 162 pars and 34 birdies at the event, both 10th best among the filed.
The Crusaders will travel to Greenville, S.C. March 5 and 6 for the Southern Tide.
