Head Coach Michael Salomon commented on the action with Barton: "I was really proud of the effort, attitude, and focus again today.  We put ourselves in a great position in several matches, and not all of them fell our way, as sometimes happens against good teams like Barton.  We have made a really big jump as a team in the last two weeks and are really getting some good opportunities that we weren't seeing before.  As we continue to be in these situations, we'll learn how to deal with pressure, and how to play to win even when the mmoment is tense.  I'm really pleased to see our progress and can't wait for our next opportunity to keep building on it!"

Belmont Abbey will be back in action on Friday at 2pm, when it hosts North Greenville.  That match will be the team's RaisetheRed match.
