Men's Lacrosse Ranked Fifth in Nation in USILA/Coaches Poll

BELMONT N.C. - The Belmont Abbey Men's Lacrosse team has been ranked fifth in the nation in this week's USILA/Coaches Poll.  It is the first poll the USILA has released this season.

The Abbey is coming off a 17-13 win at Catawba.  In that game, four Crusaders each scored three goals, leading a balanced attack.  Dylan Harmon won 12 of his 16 faceoffs.

Liam Osborne leads Conference Carolinas in goals with 10, and in points, with 13.  Goalie Bryce Gifford in second in the conference in saves with 25, and Goals-Against Average, with 11.0

Belmont Abbey heads to #12-ranked Lenoir-Rhyne University on Saturday for a 1 p.m. game.
