Adam Wiedemann Named National Player of the Week

Belmont Abbey junior attack Adam Wiedemann has been named the USILA/BSN National Player of the Week for games played from Feb. 27 - Mar. 5, the association recently announced.

Wiedemann scored a combined seven goals and handed out four assists in last week's games again Queens (NC) and Pfeiffer.  The Crusaders won both contests.  Against Queens, he tallied three goals and three assists.  Then against Pfeiffer, he scored scored four times while handing out an assist.

Wiedemann now ranks in second place in Conference Carolinas with 22 points.  The Crusaders will face the #9 ranked Tampa Spartans on Saturday at 1pm in Belmont.
