Paige French Won At #3 Doubles As Well As #6 Singles

The Belmont Abbey women's tennis team fell at Pfeiffer by a 6-2 score this afternoon in a Conference Carolinas match. The win improves the Pfeiffer record to 5-8 overall and 1-4 in Conference Carolinas, while the Abbey drops to 2-7 overall and 2-5 in Conference Carolinas. The match, along with the men's matches, were cut short due to rain and lightning, but the team score had already been decided.

The Crusaders won a doubles match as well as a singles match, as the team of Paige French and Molly Gwaltney won by an 8-5 score at number three doubles. French added a win at number six singles over Bailey Greene by a score of 6-1, 6-0.
