Men's Basketball Defeats North Greenville 82-71 Behind Good's 29 Points

The Belmont Abbey men's basketball team used a 12-0 second half run to take a lead it would never lose as the Crusaders received a game-high 29 points from junior guard Tyshawn Good to earn an 82-71 win at North Greenville this evening. The win, which gives the Abbey a sweep of the season series, moves the Crusaders record to 12-6 overall and 6-2 in Conference Carolinas, while North Greenville dips to 10-7 overall and 4-5 in Conference Carolinas.... Women's Basketball Rallies Past North Greenville, 66-61 Behind Regalado's Perfect Shooting Night

Belmont Abbey senior forward Paula Regalado sank all nine of her field goal attempts and both of her free throw attempts to score a game-high 20 points, and sophomore guard Kelsey Long hit three free throws in the final 26 seconds to hand North Greenville just its second conference loss with a 66-61 win this evening. The win evens the Abbey's record to 9-9 overall and 5-4 in Conference Carolinas, while North Greenville drops to 13-5 overall and 8-2 in Conference Carolinas.... (more)
